Hey PageFlicker Fans! How is your summer ? Have you checked out my summer reading list below? Go ahead ! Read this review about one of the most heart wrenching and heart-breaking book- one of my personal favourites too.

This beautifully written and poignant blank verse story is all about overcoming bullying and finding inner happiness. With heart-breaking decisions and touching characters, this book is truly a masterpiece. It takes us through the lives of 16 year old Grace and Tippi. They are Siamese twins and nothing comes easily. They have to overcome all the sneers, rude remarks. They have to battle against the staring, everyday, everywhere.
But there was always positivity and hope. They found friends at school. Great ones in fact. Yasmin and Jon were incredible people and with them in Grace's and Tippi's life, everyday was easier to get through. Soon, the girls come to be the subject of a documentary to help with the family finances for at least some money to flow through. This must have been humiliating and extremely difficult for the twins to accept that millions of people would be staring into their screens and watching them. Teasing and making fun of their every move.

Suddenly tragic events hit the twins. Tippi collapses and an overwhelmingly huge decision is made that will impact everyone....
This story has won the Carnegie Medal and its the winner of the 2016 YA BOOK PRIZE. I recommend this for children aged 12-14 and I rate it 5 starts out of 5. It's truly such a gripping and moving book. It was affect your way of thinking and indeed make you a different person.
Sara Crosman has also written other fantastic books I advice you read! Apple and Rain is a personal favourite, the weight of water is also fantastic and Moonrise is very good too. She also co-wrote a book with Brian Conaghan called We Come Apart.

I hope you loved reading this book as much as I did and comment down below which book I should write a review on next! Keep reading my PageFlicker fans :)
